The Munily app brings your community’s day-to-day operations together in one place. Residents pay their dues online, reserve common areas, authorize visitors, and communicate with management; management automates billing, accounting, and reporting; and security manages access control (facial recognition and QR codes) and patrols. In short, it helps save administrative time, reduce late payments, and provide transparency and security for buildings, housing complexes, and condominiums.
