We were born thanks to a group of entrepreneurs who developed this platform with the aim of supporting real estate advancement with technology, as the application allows the three most important roles in a residential community to stay connected.

Our founders classify Munily as a super app, the most user-friendly and comprehensive for LATAM, where everything related to community management can be found in one place.

In 2021, we joined the world’s most important accelerator, YC Combinator, which has an acceptance rate of 1.5%, making us the first and so far only LATAM startup for residential community management to achieve this milestone.
