Basic information on personal data protection. In compliance with Law No. 81 of March 26, 2019 and the Data Protection Regulations of (Executive Decree No. 285 of May 28, 2021), the data subject is informed of the following:

What is personal data?

Any information relating to individuals, which identifies them or makes them identifiable. Any person having access to or participating in the processing of personal data is under an obligation to maintain confidentiality. This obligation does not cease when activities are no longer carried out or are no longer related to data processing.

Purposes for which your personal data is collected

  • Attention to requests made by users regarding social area reservations
  • Inclusion in the user’s address book
  • The provision of services and the management of the commercial relationship between users and suppliers or third parties.
  • Management of visits to different users.

Communication to all types of users (Security, Administration, owners and residents, in our manager/administrator of horizontal property, homes or offices and in the case of legal obligation. Data may be transferred for statistical purposes.

Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of 7 years.

If we elaborate profiles (in which case we must inform about the logic applied as well as the consequences of such automated processing), according to my understanding of the commercial activity of the company and based on what the law establishes, the automated processing that could be done would be about the reliability of the person, behavior or personality.

MUNILY implements technical and organizational security measures to protect stored personal data against unintentional or deliberate manipulation, loss or destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

Upon written request, we will inform you, in accordance with our statutory obligation, whether and what private data we have stored about you. According to the provisions of the Data Protection Act, you may request the correction, blocking and deletion of such data, unless these requests conflict with the statutory time limits for storage.
