What is Munily?

Munily is a software that interconnects residents, management and caretakers of residential communities to increase their security and communication.

How does Munily work?

We connect all members of the residential community through a mobile App to perform all management from one place. The residents of the communities have an app from which they can manage their access, visits, communications, parcels, account status and much more.

The administration also has a web portal to control everything that happens in their community, as well as security guards who operate from a system that allows them to control the security and access of residents and visitors.

Who pays for Munily?

Munily's main clients are horizontal properties and/or residential communities, headed by their administrators, council members or boards of directors.

It is also very common for management companies, private security companies and construction companies to acquire our service to generate competitive advantages for their products and services and benefits for their clients and users.

Annual contracts and monthly or annual payments are made, according to the preferences of each client.

Is there a limit to the number of users or units per community?

No. With a Munily license you can control the total number of units in your building/PH, without any restrictions.
